Kira Collins promoted to Associate Director

We’re delighted to announce the promotion of Kira Collins to Associate Director, recognising the significant contribution she has made to Space Doctors, our clients and the continued growth of our business in the US and globally.

Since joining Space Doctors, Kira has played a leading role in some of our most complex and ambitious cultural strategy work. Combining deep cultural insight with strategic thinking, she has helped organisations navigate change, uncover meaningful opportunities and translate cultural understanding into action.

Alongside her client work, Kira has become a trusted leader within the business. She has made a major contribution to new business growth, helped strengthen how we work internally, and played an important role in shaping our thinking around emerging areas such as AI and the future of cultural insight. Her support across wider business initiatives, including resourcing and team development, has also been invaluable.

Reflecting on her promotion, Kira said:

As I step into the Associate Director role, I hope to continue growing that impact and pushing how cultural anthropology and strategic thinking can solve both client and internal business challenges. I look forward to continuing to learn, take on increasingly complex challenges, and helping build the next chapter of Space Doctors alongside an incredibly talented team.”
