B-Corp Initiatives
Our commitment to the systems that sustain us.
Being part of the B Corporation movement is part of our ongoing commitment to the future of critical systems we depend on.
Six principles guide our journey as a B Corp
Since 2001, we’ve brought value to our clients by helping them navigate changing contexts and the wider environmental, social, cultural and meaning-based systems we all depend on. Being part of the B Corporation movement is part of this ongoing commitment.
- Radical Optimism: Our belief in creating preferable futures and the possibility of positive change
 - Interconnected-ness: Understanding that everything exists within wider systems of meaning and influence
 - Challenging False Dichotomies: Rejecting binary thinking like profit vs. purpose, business vs. responsibility
 - Critical Thinking: Our commitment to exploring both the visible and the shadow sides of cultural patterns
 - Reflective Accountability: Embracing the productive tension of continuous improvement and self-examination
 - Strategic Imagination: Using creative thinking to solve complex problems and shape better outcomes for our clients and the world

Our Commitments
B Corp certification challenges us to have a continuous improvement mindset. We aim to live out these values every day:
- Tracking and offsetting our carbon footprint with the World Land Trust
 - Offering employees six days of volunteering a year
 - Opting for local suppliers across all locations
 - Evaluating the need for physical travel on every project
 - Lending strategic support to organisations including Unicef, Impact Initiatives, Trees For Cities, and School of the Wild
 - Contributing financially to organisations including Impact Initiatives, Hove Arts, and The Girls’ Network
